Professional Development

The two day Level One Padbox course is recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals and carries 16 CPD points.

Our one day Level 2 course has 8 CPD points attached to it.

There are also opportunities to become part of the Padbox team, you will need at least three years experience as a boxer (amateur or professional), personal trainer, sports coach or dance instructor, and have passed BOTH levels of the Padbox training courses.

If these criteria are matched you will need to be re-assessed by a Padbox instructor after three months, assist on three of our courses over a 12 month period where on the third course you will oversee a candidate's assessment under supervision.

Once trainers are recruited Padbox will maintain contact throughout the year with regular meetings to provide continual instructor support.
