Ian trains his boxers at Rose Hill Amateur boxing Club, they include former British Champion Lenny Daws, Chas Symonds, Warren Fenn, Shaun Watt and Danny Dontchev, as well as leading amateur boxer Lerrone Richards.

As well training professional boxers Ian runs two boxing fitness circuits for ladies as well as private clients at the gym.
